  Not the first time I have found the attitude of staff bad in this pharmacy and poor product availability. I went in to purchase a natural remedy that I have previously used. A natural remedy of peppermint oil. Only small packs available so I asked for two. The pharmacist on duty then grilled me for 5 minutes about why did I need it, what was it for etc etc. They had a superior tone and didn't even bother to come out from behind the wall from where they were sitting. But expected me to shout out my symptoms in front of other customers. I had already clearly told them that I was registered with my GP in the surgery nearby, had previously been prescribed omeprozol but wanted to save the NHS a doctors appointment as having previously taken Colpermin I found it effective. They also lectured me on how drinking peppermint tea didn't make a difference. What a pity when the NHS is spending money on advertising visiting your pharmacy before a doctor or A&E, somebody like me who takes responsibility for their health by changing my diet, exercise etc is not encouraged. I was left frustrated and embarrassed.
